    We were appointed alongside local letting and managing asset managers in 2008 to give specific input on the catering and leisure provision throughout Meadowhall, the 1.4m sq ft retail, lifestyle and leisure scheme in Sheffield. We have introduced a number of new brands such as Carluccio’s into the scheme. As part of a £7 million investment upgrading the dining area with new space, furniture, lighting and flooring, we introduced new fast food offers to complement the already existing successful line up together with TGI Friday’s and Wagamama. Most recently, we have upsized Nando’s and introduced Five Guys, with another exciting name to be announced shortly.

    Further to British Land’s purchase of Whiteley and the successful planning application, we advised on tenant mix for the exciting new centre which opened in May 2013; we secured a family focused line up of well known brands for the centre including Frankie & Benny’s, Harvester, Prezzo, Chimichanga, Dean’s Diner as well as Starbucks and Costa, and have since secured six of a further seven restaurants as part of phase 2, which includes a 9 screen Cineworld, including Five Guys, Coast 2 Coast, Dim T and Pizza Express.

    For British Land’s office estates in the City and West End, we give specific advice on how to enhance the food provision and align it with the needs of the office tenants. We are instructed on all ongoing asset management opportunities throughout both its key estates; Broadgate and Regent’s Place.

    We have advised on a complete redevelopment of Broadgate Circle, from feasibility through planning , design and leasing, attracting a stellar line up for this new restaurant quarter including Hakkasan Group’s Michelin-starred Yauatcha, Jose Pizarro, ETM Group’s The Botanist, the first UK site for Crab Tavern, Aubaine, Shoryu Ramen, Franco Manca and Comptoir Libanais – many of which chose Broadgate Circle to open their first outlets in the City.

    British Land’s office team have also appointed us on their restaurant and A1 food provision in their iconic office building – The Leadenhall Building, commonly known as the Cheesegrater, where a new flagship restaurant and 2 glazed A1 food units are being delivered.
