    19 Feb ESO Capital turned to DCL - the leisure specialists - to provide leasehold property valuation advice in respect of its £13.5m investment in Brasserie Bar Co to expand its estate. The property development and investment company, which currently runs 19 sites is looking to expand its two-strong White Brasserie pub estate and existing Brasserie Blanc business with plans to secure up to 20 new sites within the next three years.     12 Feb The former Spud unit on New Row in Covent Garden, is now home to Jamaica Patty Company after DCL - the leisure specialists - completed an assignment of the lease.
